Recently, Marijane Billington became the new agent, after the previous agent retired. I must say I was greatly pleased by her KINDNESS, professionalism and eagerness to help me figure out what was the best coverage for me, now that I've had a new life event. She even offered to review a mandatory new policy I was required to purchase with another carrier. Barbara is still at this location, along with a new man named Chuck. He has a good sense of laid back humor. I think working with Marijane and her team is going to be a great experience. She demonstrated that she really cares that I have adequate coverage and well-explained the reasons why. She made sense. There's only one State Farm on the west side of IH35 on Wells Branch Pkwy.
